Hi all,
I was just curious if the N4100+ firmware will work on the N4100. I noticed that they had the N4100+ firmware available to download. I really want to be able to use the bit torrent capabilities.

It will work.
The n5200 pro firmware works on a n5200, so why not n4100+ on a n4100 ?

Just tried this - it doesn't work.  After sending the firmware down to the Thecus, we get a 'fail' screen, before you even get the option to continue or abort. There must be a check in there to see if it's a 4100+ before it will continue. Shame!! |

I read somewhere the key for a 4100+ was imaginatively
n4100plus
or
n4100pro
I think the first one.

There must be a check in there to see if it's a 4100+ before it will continue.
