I first buildt a RAID5 on the 5200, and then I upgraded the BIOS and finally tried to install DokuWiki afterwards. Installation was ok, but initialization was not so successful. I get an error message saying:
The installer found some problems, indicated below. You can not continue until you have fixed them.
* PHP function mail is not available. Maybe your hosting provider disabled it for some reason?
Anybody able to assist me?

Do you use my DokuWiki module and have this problem or do you try to install DokuWiki on your own?

I there ! I've got the same problem : Dokuwiki module upload is ok (so base module installation ok) but when I go to the Dokuwiki installation page from module page, from the link : "1. In order to initialize the Wiki, visit the DokuWiki installation page. ", Dokuwiki response is : " The installer found some problems, indicated below. You can not continue until you have fixed them. * PHP function mail is not available. Maybe your hosting provider disabled it for some reason? driven by DokuWiki powered by PHP" I first tried some /app/etc/httpd/conf/php.ini parameters, but all seams ok to accept mail function. I've noticed a problem with email notifications since upgrade to firmware 2.00.04 (other bug reported) - is it linked to PHP mail() function unavailability ? I tried to enter direct IP address of SMTP server : same problem. No other idea for now... Vincent

Hi ! I've got a temporary fix for this pb : edit /raid0/data/module/DOKUWIKI/dokuwiki/install.php file and remove mail from $funcs line. Dokuwiki don't mind if not present and no email sent. Vincent
