4100+ features backported to 4100?

The one feature I'd really love to see added to the 4100 firmware is NFS support. Royal pain to have to use SMB from a linux box all the time, rather than having NFS.

Just bought a 5200B-Pro for more storage (and NFS), and I understand they're in the business of selling hardware, , but from the standpoint of my 'mixed' environment, adding NFS to the 4100 would be a big plus.

I'm not a N4100 expert as I don't own one but why don't you just download the N4100 NFS module from the Thecus Web site (see here: N4100Plus Modules (NFS)) and install it?

As it is official from Thecus it is supposed to work....

Well he stated that he had a N4100.
Modules created for N4100+ are simply not compatible with the N4100 model
