For a while now i have had the wifi antenna and card installed. The reason being is that i would quite link to hide my thecus in another part of my flat. My router is under my desk near the modem and so trying to sleep with a noisy thecus buzzing away is not nice. I thought i would put out the idea of replacing the wlan module on the n2100. Is there a technical reason why this isn't possible? i have not looked at the config options here /app/bin/wlanchg.sh. but i think they will not alter the fundamental issues with the module. This thread identify's that the rt61ap.ko module needs to be replaced by the rt61.ko module. I am certain that i have seen a debain specific variant, but not compiled for the n2100. I'll try and list links later. Has anyone any thoughts on going about this versus creating normal modules? cheers ferg
