Donkey module installation

I have downloaded and installed latest Donkey module (Version 1.1.00). When I started the module, and clicked on the Click Me link, it says "Connection from <IP address of my PC> rejected (see downloads.ini, allowed_ips)".

Where can I find the downloads.ini file?

file downloads.ini is located in directory /raid/module/mldonkey/root/.mldonkey

The default allowed ip range in downloads.ini is set to '192.168.0.0/16'.
