Hi there,
I still find several problems using the TwonkyMedia Module on my N2100.
With the N2100 I´m using two Hitachi 1TB HDD, finally running heahlty under
a Raid1 senario. It was kind of tricky to setup Raid1 because first the Raid1 go to "degraded" just after a short while. Now after first setup a JBOD Raid for both HDD´s, Raid1 setup seems to work in heahtly condition. I hope it will stay this way
Bevor of this I installed the TwonkyMedia Module on the N2100, while it was running with only one HDD for testing. The module works fine and my test folder "music" with 4 - 6 album (folder) where added to the share setting, and
the module just began to scan the "music" folder and added about 300 files.
The Twonky fired up, and appears in seconds on my network clients.
For further testing I added (over network drive mapping on my PC), again
serveral folder including about 20GB of files to the "music" folder.
I restarted the Twonky (think it was still running, while I copied the new contents), the Twonky comes up with 0 (zero) files in the share. No restart
or rescan helps here. It seem the module doesn´t react to any scan or rescan. I´ve tried to add the same "music" folder new, uninstall the module, reinstall it....everything. The Twonky doesn´t find any files or either starts to scan the shared folder. I still can access the Twonky Setup page without any problem. But it doesn´t find any files?
What´s wrong here?
Is there maybe a problem with the database/cache on my N2100?
I also tried to rebuild the database via the Twonky Setup Page...nothing!
I even don´t hear the HDD work on somekind of scan!
Please give me a hand here!....thanks
