Took the original SANE module from the wiki, added the epkowa backend.

(remove other sane module, unzip this and install)
If the original sane mod author is here, please feel free to build it into your module.
it needs more usb id's adding to the epkowa.conf currently only lists the RX520 (my scanner), if you have another epkowa supported scanner add the USB ID to the list via ssh and reboot the N2100.
I'll not host this forever so if it gets into the main sane module that'd be ideal.
