I'm trying to install N2100-SSH-4.1.00.tgz on my N2100 with Firmware Version 2.01.11.4 , but can't find a way to get it installed.
Via Module management I tried to install - N2100-SSH-4.1.00.tgz - N2100-SSH-4.1.00.tar (result of unzipping N2100-SSH-4.1.00.tgz) - N2100-SSH-4.1.00.mod (result of unzipping N2100-SSH-4.1.00.tgz and renamed to N2100-SSH-4.1.00.mod)
After selecting in Module Management and clicking install, there is some activity, but that's all
Afterwards (even after a reboot) the module is NOT listed in Module Management, and I can't find any entry in the N2100-menus
What am I doing wrong ? What am I overlooking ? How should I do the installation ?
Thanks

Really no one, from the many who are using that module on the N2100, willing to help ?

You need to bare in mind that the n2100 is a very old device now and not many use this as their main NAS anymore. The support websites are fading also. My best advice for future problems is to search the forums continuously to find what you need. It is tedious but all the answers are here + the wiki page. naswebsite.com/wiki/Category:Thecus_N2100thecus.nas-central.org/wiki/Category:N2100onbatdk was the original and best wiki but i think that site has closed. To address your issue: When you download N2100-SSH-4.1.00.tar there is folder: N2100-SSH-4.1.00 this contains a file: SSH.app load this file into the N2100 where you would load modules. The .app extension is an alternative to the .mod extention.
