Hi,
I ordered a N0503 and I am planning to use a couple of 2TB drives in RAID 1.
I noticed that the compatibility list is one year old and do not contains anything bigger than 1TB drives.
Also, all 3"5 disks are 7200RPM and I am planning to use 5400 RPM disks since I don't need much speed and they are a lot cheaper (the "I" of RAID stands for "Inexpensive"
).
I am looking especially toward "Samsung SpinPoint F3EG Desktop Class HD203WI"
Has anybody successfully used this kind of disks in this device?
(I've heard about incompatibility stories between some NAS and 5400RPM disks...).
