If you have purchased a Thecus product I wish you the best of luck.
We've spent several thousands of dollars on the N8800 product and everything was working fine until we upgraded the firmware now we have lost everything.
Calling tech support is a waist of time. They NEVER ANSWER the phone and she will tell you when you call that after 10 minutes of being on hold you WILL GET DISCONNECTED and you should send an email.
Nothing works, this is crazy. Thecus does not care about their customers.
