hi, I wanted to know the size of jumbo-frame avalaible or use by the new nas N4200. I explain why: I have a 9000 size jumbo-frame set-up for all my 1000 network. All work like a "charme" (french speaking). You can know the size if it s not show on the "web consol" by access by the way of telnet with root access and ask the mtu size of the network Of course when jumbo is activate. I think that the 2 network output are intel chipset. Usually there are able to reach for the 9000 jumbo-frame size for the minimalist chipset network intel. Thanks a lot for answer In hoping it can reach the 9000... I don't want to downgrade my network

Just checked it for you: choices are from 2000 to 9000 bytes (8 choices), both on WAN- and LAN-ports specific settings are possible.

Thanks a lot for your answer. and so so sorry, i have an another one: five year warranty hard disk, i know only one the series wd raid edition 1 2 3 4 like the wd1000fyps... but there are not on the HDD Compatibility List of thecus. Do you know some hdd on the compatibility list with five years warranty? I have an another nas with those hdd (wd1000fyps), 2 of them have failled after 1 year of use and 9 month for the first. thank the five year and needed. So sorry for your time. have a nice day.
