Two NIC cards is this a Subnet issue?

Hi
4100-pro is displaying LAN IP 192.168.0.62 wan IP 192.168.1.100

On the server
NIC 1 set to 213.XXX.XXX.XXX subnet 255.255.255.248
NIC 2 set to 192.168.0.2 subnet 255.255.255.0

NAS is connected to NIC 2 but I cannot connect to browser on NAS using either browser or FTP

Am I missing something
?
