how to check integrity of Hard disks on 2100?

Hi All,

My 2100 is behaving in a strange way and whilst I can use a browser to see the management screens, I get errors when copying files to it from a Mac. Things have been ok for more than a year, but the other day I get permission issues and what might be perhaps hard disk issues.

Would anyone know how I can check the integrity of the hard disks?
