Hi, can anyone tell me if its possible to recover an N4100 after a firmware update which has somehow gone wrong. Tried hard reset to no avail and box will not ping...
any pointers welcome.

Hi,
Give more detail on what's going on : NAS version, old firmware, new firmware, leds colors, beeps... anything that could help.
I would suggest using a spare drive to try to fix the problem: - Power the NAS - Remove your drives AND LABEL THEM ! (from 1 to 4) - Insert a new empty drive - Restart the NAS - Take note of any info. that could help resolving your issue.
Otherwise : contact THECUS support.
