Can anyone tell me if there is a solution to the problem of losing access to the web gui interface on a thecus n4100 after the bios update has been applied. I have tried everything I know to gain access to it and looked at all the discussions on it but nothing seems to work.
I can access the thecus over the network and create a connection to the shared data on it so I know it is up and running.
But the web gui access page cannot be loaded to administer the box.
Hi, if you can log into the Thecus via SSH you maybe able to access it, try using a telnet util like putty.
But if you haven't installed the SSH modual or it is disabled, you are out of luck.
I had the exact same thing 2 weeks ago, i spent 4 days trying to get in, i contacted the shop i bought it from, they were great and my replacement Thecus arrived last week.
I'm now tring to do a hd scan of all the hd's but waiting on Thecus as i can't get the diag boot screen.
