Just joined...
After hunting around online and not getting very far with the older 7K500's, I'm going to take the plunge and install the newer P7K500's in my new 3200PRO which came yesterday. I'll let you know how that goes. It appears to be a great drive, but it's not on the compatibility list. I'm not a fan of Seagate or WD.
Although not quite sure if Thecus are newish or just badly organised, but trying to get decent updated info on approved HDs has proved to be a pain. Their product do appear to be well received...
I've noticed the thecusforum.eu site, but after joining I'm not able to post - Have I missed something there?

Well, it's a late one, but hey, I don't install NAS'es (sp?) very often. It all seems to working nicely - and performance seems easily double my old Linkstation Live box. All good... The kicker is, during some initial tests, it seems that the Mediabolic server isn't recognising MP4 files. Is this a limitation of the server software? If so, that's a real PITA. So, does this mean I need to install Twonky? I already have a licence - will the module for the standard 3200 work on the AMD powered pro version? Enquiring minds need to know... </cheese>
