I purchased a N5200BR a few months ago and had questions and problems with it, 5 or 6 emails requesting support went unanswered from the company. I was quite willing to bag them out in many mags for their lack of customer support and i nearly returned the device. Then I found this site. Thank you all for this site, it not only has answered most of the issues I had with the device but I have increased functionality and am very please with the end result.
