N3200 always hangs up during RAID 5 building

I tried it now two times:
3x Hitachi 1TB in RAID 5
time says 10 hours (i think thats ok)
after 5 hours the N3200 hangs up
writing System Error something on the display and is beeping always!!!
I tried it now a second time with exact the same error also after 5 - 6 hours raid building.

Has anyone an idea

I have installed the latest FW and the HDDs from the list

I also have a N5200Pro there everything is working in the way that I want.

I don't make a mistake, you cann't really make a mistake when you want to build a RAID.

I tried to build a RAID 0 with one HDD this was working without any problems

have done exactly the same
