Hi Guys, Looks like the N3200 is dead! Take a look at www.thecus.com/ They've just announced an AMD powered upgraded model N3200M Wonder if this means they won't fix the N3200? A very educational process - certainly taught me a lesson, I won't buy another one! ;-)

Is the N3200 broken? Mine is flawless, though I'd like slim server compatibility!
The M model isn't a replacement from my understanding, but a separate model @ about 150usd more. The current version is non upgradeable, or at least that was thecus reply to my email.

Hi,
I dont think it is a good idea to put a NAS and a media player togehter in one box. The media standards and chips change to fast. But my NAS dont change this fast, only when its full, and than I could just only buy bigger drives.
In the N3200M way, I must buy a newer one when I got videos that it cant play, and this is a little bit expensive.....
I think it would be much better to set up this device as also a webserver with software like plesk on it, that would be great!
Benny.
