I have a Thecus N5200 PRO when i boot it with the USB HDD connected the Thecus does not recognized the device.
Also the same with a USB Stick.
When I connect it when the Thecus is on there are no problems !
Is there a solution for this problem?
Thanks for your help

Normally when you plus it in the device is detected, and the usb hotplug script gets run, which detects the partitioning and filesystem, and mounts it.
When you boot with it attached, it's not hotplugged, so the hotplug script never runs, and it doesn't mount. You can only get round this by modifying the bootup scripts on the device to simulate hotplug events after boot. There's no real easy option.

Thomas, the link has changed and not be corrected yet, but this is not the real problem.... The real problem is I haven't created a module which corrects this behavior for the actual firmware versions. You mustn't use the old module for firmware version after 1.00.06.5! I don't wanted and still I'm not convinced to create a module which fixes this for the new FW versions as this really should be corrected by Thecus. Please write them and tell them about. It is really important that more customers write Thecus, maybe they will do something then. I've reported these issues a long time ago but they are not really interested in what I'm doing and telling them. Andreas

No, the firmware for the N5200 and the N5200PRO is exactly the same. Depending on the hardware several features are enabled/disabled in the software, but this error doesn't depend on that.
