Anybody tried to upgrade the CPU on this yet? I would imagine that since this is a software RAID solution that the CPU is hit fairly hard calculating parity especially when rebuilding the RAID volume. I know that its an Ultra Low Voltage Celeron 600mhz Banias core. I believe there are higher clock speed ULV Celerons and Pentium Ms that are pin compatible. The ULV pentium M would be nice with the extra cache.
Thanks, AH

It has been a little while since I had mine open, but if I remember correctly, the processor is soldered onto the motherboard, so doing an upgrade is not exactly easy. It is not impossible to do, but for the normal user, it would be cost prohibitive to have it done and very few users would have access to the tools necessary to do it themselves.

I remember somebody have just moved a jumper and got another 200MHz out of it.
That might be the easiest sollution...
