My NAS is N5200. I forget the admin's password. I tried the hard reset from the reset buttom on the front panel, but it did not work. So I am trying to upgrade firmware via USB which was included the factory_test.sh and N5200upgrade.1.00.08.bin files. But it still doesn't work. In the upgrading process, it starts from "self testing"-->"Booting"-->"config network"-->"HHHH"-->"N5200FTST----00:02", then it stops. The LCD shows "N5200FTST----00:02" in line 1 and "addr: 0X123 OKaddr" in line 2. How should I do? Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Hi. See the thread "Cannot access NAS" in the installation section. I have posted a guide there on the upgrade process. Check all the details there including the USB stick type. Cheers, Gerald.
