Hi Folks. Well, despite setting up my N5200 as iSCSI, I cannot get it to show on my Vista machine. I have the iSCSI initiator service running, and have enabled the target service on the N5200. The initiator service seems to connect and shows the target (N5200) in it's lists. However..... Everytime I open "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer" there is nothing to be seen!! Am I missing a vital step somewhere?? Thanks, Jet.

Did you add the disk with diskmanagement

I guess the disc will show up when you connect to the iscsi-target.
But probably you have to make a partition and assign a drive-letter.

How do I do this? Is this feature (assign drive letter) in the iscsi initiator? Also, what advantage does iSCSI offer over the normal Thecus Ethernet access? Cheers, Jet.
