I'm trying to get IIS 6 Virtual Directories to work. Has anyone done this? I originally intended for this to be web server but it doesn't have that capability.
Currently I have a folder set up to be browseable and public. I went into IIS 6 and created a virtual directory to the N5200 by putting in the path "\\5200\test3\" I've set the permissions between "Always use the authenticated user's credentials when validating access to the network directory.", n5200\admin and it's password, and even used a user name and password from the local N5200. None of them made a difference.
I always get a 500 error and it won't pull a file or my index page. Has anyone got this to work yet?
Also what is the Media Server option's purpose?
