Hi
My Thecus 5200 is configured with a RAID6 group of five 500 Go disks.
I had to reboot yesterday, and now raid6 is marked as degraded, with two disks out of the group. All disks are marked OK, no error in log. OS was 1.00.04.
As it has already worked, I tried to remove/re-add a disk, but the raid doesn't rebuild.
I've upgraded this morning to 1.00.07. After the reboot, the five disks are always ok, but the group is always only three disks, with always the two same disks being out of the raid6.
As I had a spare, I tried to change one disk with a new one, but nothing happended (disk removed, disk added, raid6 doesn't rebuild).
So I'm stumpped there : my disks seem all ok, but I cannot decide the raid to rebuild itself.
Does anyone have any idea, please ? Thanks in advance Regards

I think there was written something about this in the information for the firmware.
If you have a reboot, then you have to trigger the rebuild process yourself by using the web-interface.
Take a check on the firmware-release-notes.
