I just upgraded to 1.00.4 this morning. I'm leaving town on Sunday but I'll post if it reboots before I leave.

Hi... Discovered just now that I am also having these random reboots. I am running 1.00.04.9 and would be very happy to get feedback on how the 1.00.04 works. Maybe you can try the follow step. - shutdown N5200 ,and remove HDD . - boot N5200 again. - upgrade system. - when finish ,shutdown N5200 and plugin HDD. - Boot N5200 again. ;D

Hi, I got back in town today and my server has been running for 13 days with no reboots now, so I think it's safe to say firmware 1.00.4 fixed the problem I was having.

Well.. try a few transfers before you call it fixed... but still sounds promising.

After upgrading to 1.00.04, I've never had any random reboot anymore. Before upgrading, I've had a random reboot about every 2 days. Wonder why it is different for you......

1.00.4 has solved my reboot problems. I would be wary of ever upgrading the firmware again if I don't find other problems.
For those still experiencing the problem please email Thecus to let them know. I feel they really do care about their customers and about fixing these problems.

I was getting reboots every week or two before going to 1.00.04. It's been a week since I upgraded and no reboots - but it may be too soon to tell. Today I saw something weird. I was adding a new user and after I clicked "apply" the front panel said it was rebooting (Self Test...Self Testing...Booting...) but it doesn't actually reboot. Same thing if I change the password on an existing account. Afterwards the lcd is frozen with 'Thecus N5200' displayed. Nothing in the logs and the status is normal/healthy and time uptime hasn't changed. Weird.
