My N5200BR came with two Cat5e network cables and a power cable (and keys, trays, manuals, and screws). The manuals, and also reviews of the device, reference that the unit should come with an eSATA cable and a USB cable. (See for example: www.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=6181&page=3) While this isn't a huge deal, it is yet another annoyance on top of many on a very expensive device from which I expect top quality and exactly what is supposed to ship with the unit. So, I ask, what was in your box? Also, my unit came with one broken disk tray, the cheap plastic "arm" that has the keyhole on it and is used to remove the drives was snapped off close to the "elbow". There were no other signs of damage to either the outside of the box or to the unit. I removed the tray (which was tricky!) and carefully crazy-glued it back together (moving parts!) and am still waiting for a replacement unit from Thecus and/or eAegis.

Mine came with one cat5e, power, keys, trays, manual, and screws.
I don't recall ever hearing that it came with a usb or estata cable, though I guess I could be wrong.

I saw at least one reference in the manual to using the "included USB cable", and the one shipped to Hexus for the review had the USB and eSATA cables. I have to check and see what the box says when I get home.

Mine came with:
N5200 Power cord Cat 5E RJ45 cable A bag of keys and screws CD Quick installation guide Warranty card
I think it is normal that the package content differs when you bought the unit in different regions, or at different time.
