Hi, I have a RAID5 configuration, last day i have turn on my thecus and it's no more data on it, my RAID5 is back in JBOD. is it possible to make a recuperation from the data? i have reconfigure it in RAID5

Just for the sake of allowing further support, I'll try to write my suggestions in both English and French. 1st if you've entirely reconfigured the NAS, it's quite likely you've lost all the data. If not, please try in parallel to raise a ticket to TheCus support @ support.thecus.com/esupport/index.php?x=&mod_id=4What I would suggest is you connect to your NAS using either WinSCP or PUTTY, just to check that your directories under /raid If they are still there, you may have not lost your data. If you don't know how to connect your NAS using PUTTY or WinSCP, let me know. Patrice French version: [je suis sur un clavier UK, donc desole mais il manquera les accents] si vous avez reconfigurer votre NAS en RAID5 -cad en cliquant sur le bouton CONFIG- il n'y a sans doute que peu de chance de recuperer les donnees. En tout etat de cause, il est preferable de contacter formellement le support TheCus : support.thecus.com/esupport/index.php?x=&mod_id=4Ce que je suggere, c'est que vous vous connectiez sur votre NAS par WinSCP ou PUTTY et que vous alliez voir ce que vous avez dans le repertoire /raid : si vos donnees sont encore accessible vous trouverez vos repertoires partages sous /raid. Si vos repertoires ne sont plus la : vous avez besoin du support technique de TheCus. Si vous ne savez pas comment vous connectez au NAS avec WinSCP ou PUTTY, dites le moi.

Hi, thank you for the answer, i have connect with WinSPc in FTP mode and i no more have /raid directory. i think that all is lost. i have send a message to Thekus and wait for their answer atollo
