A customer has an N4100 with approx 20 Users of which 3 have Private (secure) shares
All users have their "My Documents" mapped directly to the N4100
On an evening we have a batch file to copy all Users "My Docs" to a File Server as extra backup
I have noticed the 3 secure users have files & folders not copied during the batch routine
ie/ A folder called Email which stores backup pst files for the past 2 months doesn't get copied & reports "Access is denied" when a manual copy is attempted, the non-secure shares have no problem copying their Email folder
Any ideas greatly appreciated
