I just bought the Thecus 3200, and I can't even get it connected to my network. I connected the WAN port to my Router, but the problem then starts because thecus decided to give the NAS a fixed IP of 192.168.1.100, problem is that my network is working on 192.168.0.xxx, as a result I can't access the drive, does anyone know how this problem can be bypassed ? I tried connecting it directly to my laptop, but no success... If anyone knows how this can be solved, I would be very gratefull.

I was finally able to connect the NAS to my network, I did this by connecting it to a spare router I had lying around, and setting the range of that router to 192.168.1.xxx. I then changed the IP setting from fixed to DHCP. I've also requested thecus to why this is not set to DHCP as standard, this way everyone can connect the Thecus in their network, and then decide to give it a fixed IP.
