I have just got a Thecus N4100+, I put in 4 Samsung 1TB HD103UJ disks, set up as RAID 5. I Created a public folder - but it reports a total size of 28.3MB, of which 8.3 (or thereabouts) is available. Created another folder, same problem. When I go into the RAID information of the Storage display, it says that the status is healthy, but the Total Capacity, Used Percentage and Remaining Time are all N/A.
Something's not right - can anyone give me any clues, please? Thanks Steve

Hi,
How do you access the NAS (CIFS, NFS, ...) ? What OS are you using (Windows 95, Windows 98, ...) ? How long did the raid 5 build take to complete before you start using it (1 hour, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, ...) ?
Can you give more details on your system ? : - /storage/disks details - /storage/raid details - /storage/folder details
BTW, can you print the content of the dmesg report ?
