Hello,
I just installed my Thecus N2100, everything is okay, but deleting files. I am able to create folders and copy files using windows file sharing, but not able to delete them. However, I can delete files, if I using ftp, with the same user...
Any ideas? Thanks!

I was able to solve the issue sith a shutdown/reboot, just after I posted my question. It was OK for a while, than again I was able to create/copy, but not delete. I am not entirely sure, but maybe these happans after a broken large file copying to the NAS. But now I even lost all my SMB connectivity after I wanted to copy a 5 gigz large file to the NAS. It means, I cannot access my files at all, if SMB/CIFS enabled on the NAS. So, if it enabled, it is even not working with webdisk ot ftp. If disabled, it is accessible via webdisk or ftp... What the heck is going on here?

That's way outside of my ability to help as i've never experienced the problem. Even with 12 gig files. Perhaps someone else can help???

dbridges, thank you for your help... Now I am in giving up All the box seems to be very instable... Only once from 10 boot, are the folders accessible. In the meantime, everything seems to bee in a good shape: I can access the NAS via web admin, and SSH as well. The file are there at /raid, samba config seems to be normal as well. But now I am not able to access the files via webdisk or ftp as well (maybe it was just randomly work at my previous post). Webdisk and ftp returning bas username and password. In windows network, the NAS is appearing for about a minute, than disapear.
