I have a N4100 (2x500 GB WD500KS, RAID 1 configured) system.
It's been working fine for over a year.
A great amount of personal data (in particular pictures) where stored on it.
A few days ago, it accidentally got powered off without being shut down properly first. When I switched it back on, it fails to reboot. Only the top left blue LED is ON on the front. No LED is ON on the LAN connector.
I've upgraded the firmware a few month ago but I don't know which one is running now.

While the sytem is off, remove all your disks, then turn on the power of the system.
On a working system, the unit should boot and beep after it is correctly booted. If it does not boots correctly, then the motherboard is probably bad.

I already have tried without disk and on another port of my switch but still not booting.
PS: Thanks to N2100Owner to have moved the item in the installation folder

;D
I have sent my N4100 (without disk) to Thecus support in Germany who repaired it and return it to me about a week later (without any charge) and working fine. I have recovered my files.
Thanks to support.
