Help! What am I doing wrong with the setup of this module?
I'm not a Linux guru so I was really glad when I saw that there was a module for this (Thank you MSHAPF). However when I install it and tell it to scan it seems to resolutely ignore the music in the folder it is being pointed to and say that I have 0 albums and 0 music.
I have set the module so that it points to the folder on the Thecus with all the music (contained in sub-folders) and that has saved successfully. Within the SlimServer settings I have pointed the folder to "/var/music", saved the change, and then told it to rescan.
At that point I would expect the disk indicator on the Thecus to light up for a good while as it scans the folders. Apart from about 5 seconds of activity nothing happens?
I have uninstalled, reinstalled the module and tried restarting the Thecus with no success. I've tried the Twonky module to see if that worked, which it did.
I am guessing that I have missed something REALLY obvious, can anyone out there point me in the right direction please?
Useful info - Firmware is 2.1.0.3. Apart from the SlimServer module no other modules are installed. Has two Western Digital 320Gb disks installed in Raid 1 and is running normally apart from this module not scanning as I would expect.

Well I've tried, without success, changing the permissions on the folder to see if it was that and still no joy.
Anyone out there got any bright ideas where to go next?

When you know what the problem is it makes things very easy!
The folder name was 'ripped music' and the module doesn't seem to handle that.
Take the space out of the folder name and it all works as you would expect.
