I recently purchased a N2100 (with 2 Maxtor 500 GB disks) and formated them as Raid 1. When I shutdown the system and reboot, all data has disappeared from my disks. The data is several GB, so it cannot be that it was only stored in the cache. I suspect that the system deletes everything when it boots. Has anybody encountered something like that before? It does not seem to depend on the mounting method - it happens whether I mount the disks via Samba or via the NFS module. -- Niccolo

Have you tried ssh into the system and check under /raid directory?
