I second your view, however, there is indeed a number on the contact us page- have to wait until 10a to call- doesn't say m-f, so I'm hoping they'll be open this morning (sunday).
I got no docs with my N5200 either and am trying to set up an NFS share- which appears to be very simple, but am getting permission denied when I try to mount the share.
If I didn't have the box in my hand, I'd think the whole product was vaporware- but have to say I'm impressed with the hardware design at least.
I'm hoping we can make this work!

From the advertisement, I think the LCD should display the IP address of N5200. Thecus always use 192.168.1.100 as their default IP address. Are you connecting using the ethernet? Can you ping the N5200? ping 192.168.1.100 Can you connect to N5200 using a browser?

if you have it directly connected with cat5 and NOT usb, make sure the Cat5 is a crossover cable.

The manual for the N5200 is now available on the website.
Ensure that the N5200 and the machine you're trying to control it are both on the same physical network, and that the box has it's IP address set to something in the 192.168.1.x range, as marty pointed out.
