I had havy problems on my N5200 after firmware update 2.00.01. After writing to the German support in the evening, I received a call the next morning. Very polite and competend. All problems solved. It is a rare thing today that the support calls you on phone. I call it professional support indeed. HAPPY with Thecus. larryrrw
