I have a thecus 5200, I've just upgraded the firmware to the latest one and it's introduced new bugs without fixing old ones!
- system often does not shutdown/root boot when you request
- NFS page does not work function submit() does not exist. So page cannot be submitted. This means you cannot enable this feature!!!! <SCREAM>
- user system just doesn't work. Forget about being able to access a folder if you put a username on it!
- documentation is awful
- tech support is by someone who doesn't obviously speak english
And many many more

Is it true? I got one but works fine with my PowerMAC. Of course I didn't use the NFS functions.
I think you should return it to your reseller and ask them to refund!

I ran into these issues when using firefox/mozilla. Using Internet Explorer worked just fine. Hopefully the next firmware will fix the firefox incompatibility issues.

Yup. I was able to enable NFS with IE but not firefox.
With firefox, modifying a user would put 'admin' in the grey'd out user name field. IE also worked fine.
