Anyone knows what this "IP Sharing Mode" in the new firmware of N2100 means?
It's in the LAN1 configuration page, this option is not seen in the previous firmware.

I believe (but I am not sure) that it is adapter clustering so both network adapters appear as one IP to the network, theoretically doubling bandwidth - possibly useful on a 10/100 LAn as the new firmware can saturate 100 Mbits in some scenarios but on a gigabit LAn not much use as the Thecus is miles from that rate

Actually looking behind the scenes at the script to set it it seems to mention NAT - so it may be Network Address Translation ... maybe Thecus are considering adding router functionality
