I'm using thecus with four 300 GB HDD with RAID 5 in an 100 Mbit network. My "best" performance while copying files to thecus is about 1,64 MB/s.
Is this really the "best" performance for my configuration?

It is hard to figure out why you N4100 is slow, but I think there are several things that effects the performance
Are you copying a lot of small files? Is your ethernet cable CAT-6 or at least CAT-5e? Is your RAID degraded? What speed do you get when using just one disk? What is your FTP performance? What is your F/W version? Is it possible to move your N4100 to an GbE environment and retest? What is the speed of your PC?
