I have the Thecus N4810 and use Acronis to back up from and to my PC. Acronis frequently losses the credentials to use the drive. I have done several remote sessions with Acronis and they claim the issue is with the drive. On the last session they ran PCAP. PCAP says that device reporting the error on client request. This is from the PCAP log ntlm_negotiate was failed on server side(NAS side). Error: STATUS_INSUFFICIENT_RESOURCES while communicating from IP: 192.168.1.126 to IP: 192.168.1.5.
Acronis support says "This indicates failure in NAS communication with the local machine. You need to contact the vendor of the NAS drive and share the PCAP trace and > let them know regarding the above mentioned details through which the NAS vendor needs to troubleshoot and fix the issue with the communication between the devices. Once it is fixed the backups will work flawlesslywithout any errors.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue.
