Thecus N2100 RedBoot reboots at hardware detection

Hello. I have just bought a Thecus N2100. I have plugged it in, power it on, the blue light lights, the cooler starts and stops after 5 seconds or so, and after 5 seconds or so, the orange light starts blinkink....for ever.
I have tried everything without success. 
I have plugged in a serial cable in, connected to the N2100 and started monitoring. Looks like I have a restart loop when RedBoot tries to detect the hardware. Here is what I have in the serial term:

So after "Allocate cyg_pci_memory_base=0x40000500
" I have "+RST=No
" when actually I should have "PCI: device already configured
 rtl-eth0: RTL8169s/8110s Gigabit Ethernet driver 2.2 at 0xb0000000, 00:14:fd:30:" and so on.
Any help would be really appreciated.
