hello guys. I need some help please. I have an N5500 which was hit by lightning on the Ethernet port. The unit still works and reports the RAID 6 as being healthy, but I am unable to access the device due to the blown ports, to get any data off it.
How do I install the drives in a new unit without losing the RAID ?
Just putting the drives accross doesn't help, as the new unit reports that there's no RAID installed.
