Hey All, just wondering if someone could enlighten me on the possibility of a twonky update? The builtin media bolic server just doesn't cut it now with ps3's, tvs now supporting various dlna standards. At the moment i have install the latest 5.x from the wiki, but it would be great to give the n2100 an extra few years usefulness by having a compatible dlan client. Currently i am having issues with a samsung tv, and it would be great to cram version 6 on, but i appreciate there is probably a processing limit somewhere. In the mean time i have found a good link for editing the ini config file: www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9497

I too have a Samsung TV and after using two N2100's (office and home for file storage and back up purposes). Now that the house is streaming a lot of media and needing to always have an open and running laptop operating a media server (Windows Media Player, TVersity), I was wanting to know if Thecus has a compatible dlan client update, dlan compatible model, or means of configuring the device, such that my TV would then see the N2100 as a media server on the network? Allowing me to access and run media files without having any laptops and/or computers running.

Hi
Thanks for the updated module, works fine, but...
When the N2100 is rebooted, Twonky goes back to default settings.
Is there an easy way to fix this ?
