Setup: We have (2) N4100+ servers connected to a Win 2003 ADS. Both are on 2.00.5 firmware.
Issue 1: Having problems accessing one of the servers through the compuer name on our 2003 server. However the other 4100 we can access just fine and all clients can access both 4100's through the computer name just fine (no I.P. address needed...). In order to access this second 4100 on the domain controller can only be done via I.P. address?!?
Issue 2: We have the second 4100 nsync'd to our primary 4100 through a 4 day schedule (each day a different directory). We can see on the first 4100 (Nsync target) that the informaiton is being sync'd however it is not reporting back to the second 4100 that it is completed and continues to show a "In Progress" status. It never completes and continues to email us stating that "Network Synchorinization: Task Folder has failed due to last task still in processing...".
Issue 3: The second 4100 upon any reboot or shutdown doesn't always come back up properly. Often requiring both hard drives to be removed (RAID 1) and the reset button being held in order to access the web interface to log back in. Also after doing any reboot or shut down it doesn't maintain the system clock (it will skew to (19:00 01-02-2022) when it's actually (08:30 09-23-2010). I have it set to set the time manually and not to sync with a NTP.
Any help would be appreciated?
Thanks,
Jon
