My N4100Plus is on the latest firmware. I have had it for about a week and it has gone offline twice. Both times it does not respond to ping nor to web access. Last time I had to pull the plug and after rebooting the N4100Plus had the error led flashing red and beeping continuously! So I rebooted it via the web browser and it then stopped beeping and the error led went off. IT then rebuilt ok. This time I have not pulled the plug and am just leaving it, in case someone has any bright ideas! TIA Dave

I gave up and pulled the plug then rebooted. After coming up exactly the same symptoms so I pulled the plug again. This time the busy light flashed continuously and still the NAS was not responding so I pulled the plug again. This time the NAS came up and did respond, I am now doing a file system check!
Anybody else see this behaviour or have any ideas?

Now the N4100Plus is doing a file system check it is not responding to ping nor the web browser, is this normal?

After leaving it overnight I finally gave up and rebooted it again. Came up ok. Having got rather fed up with all this booting fiasco I contacted the seller who advised me to reseat the memory card. In fact I had bought a PC2700 512MB card so I fitted that and since then it has been quicker and no issues!
Hopefully sorted!
