is it free to be use on Thecus NAS? It is because from my understanding, it is a commercialized product and it is for sale at its own official site.
So does it mean we can just download the module , install it and use it straight away? So we need to buy the license key?
Do we need to do any modification or settings to use it?
By the way, can this module work properly on N0503?

The module is only a wrapper to install the software on the NAS - so You have a 30 day test period with full functionality. It runs out of the box and scans Your entire harddisc for media files - it is recommended to configure it to have better perfoemnace and You might have to change the connected client, cause the autodetection does not work on every client well. If You want to use it permanently You have to buy licence.
I have no N0503. so I can't test ist - the module should run on all x86 based thecus boxes.

Hello Foxy
Had the same issue however performing a server restart within Tonkey after re-enabling the newly installed module seems to resolve this issue for me.

avi files are displayed fine on my box - I don't have any vob files, cause I convert everything in avi files (xvid) or divx fils (divx). br Peter
