Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade my N0503 from firmware 3.00.04 to 3.02.01.
I upload the file, then I get the popup which describe the operation and displays the check sum (6640567064ad5dca4565ffa243a746f8) and when I click on "OK" I get the error : "System firmware upgrade fail" after a few seconds.
In the log file, I see the error "Fdisk Fail"
I downloaded several times the file on THECUS website, but I have always the same message.
I have 3 disks in RAID 5 configuration formatted in NTFS.
The disks are 1 TB Samsung SPINPOINT F2 Eco Green
The RAID 5 status is healthy.
I use Windows 7 x64, and I tried with internet explorer 8 and firefox 3.6.3.
I've submitted a ticket at Thecus support a week ago, but nobody answered me.
i'd appreciate any help
