I am unable to access the web page admin, I think WebDAV might have been disabled...if that makes sense.... Is there anyway to access the config of this device without using the web gui?
I have tried the reset procedure and the ip address reset but the web admin still does not work?
Any Ideas? Please help

Moinsen, did you tried the "setup wizard" by Thecus? That may the be help you. I got the same problem yesterday and after a shutdown/start of the N4100PRO was it okay.

I have the same issue with the 4100-NPro, sometimes it worked sometimes it did not, we thought it was OK then shipped it to a hosted facility now we cannot access ir Due to the time difference getting support can be frustrating form the UK

tried the setup program and it does not see the device at all.
i can't believe there is no kind of terminal console on this type of unit

Same problem. My Windows XP Pro system cannot see the N4100PRO at all. Cannot access admin panel although it tries to open a file on the NAS named "index.php"but never gets any further than that.. Setup Wizard skips several steps. I can ping the C4100PRO from a DOS window and it responds. My router can see it with either a fixed IP or by DHCP. I have two WD 1Tb drives installed in the N4100PRO. Do I need all four bays installed? Anyone have any useful ideas?
If no success I'm returning it at the end of the week... if not sooner.

Hi, I had the other day all of the sudden the same problem , although. I COULD access the GUI page if I'm logged from other PC ?!? Even format of PC/ip changed/reboot of switches & routers/ssh certification imports etc. didn't help until, I changed my NIC . More investigation is needed to find out where is the MAC # got cashed...
