Hi, Still trying to figure out how to use all the features of the N2200. I tried logging into the Web Disk. All I have is a "please wait" message that goes on forever. Any advice what I did wrong? Thanks. Christopher

If you look at the URL you can see that the N2200 uses eXtplorer. Googling shows eXtplorer employs javascript. When deactivating javascript in the web browser it gives a behaviour like what you describe - perhaps verify if your web browser has javascript enabled?
In general for providing assistance, more information is required about your environment, and what you've investigated already?

any chance it uses Active X? Yet to try this webdisk feature myself, however have seen problems with other devices that require Explorer to operate properly. If you make sure that Active X control is installed and not blocked by anything. Hope that helps, will let you know more if I ever think of a use for this feature, and get into it myself.

cPanel offers a Web Disk application where files can be managed and manipulated using your operating system’s interface. Newer users may be most comfortable with this file management method.
The Web Disk uses your computer’s operating system for file manipulation. Accessing the web disk will open a window on your computer, allowing new files to be moved, deleted, or added to the server, just as you would manage files on your personal computer, as shown in the screenshot below. Enter a username in the Login field. Enter your desired password into the Password field. For help generating a strong password, click Password Generator. Confirm the password in the Password (Again) field. Specify the directory that you want the web disk to connect to on startup. Click Create.
